2. Scope of Services
Gizmo Trendz provides IT infrastructure products and services including, but not limited to:
- Hardware supply (laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals)
- Software licensing and deployment
- Networking and surveillance infrastructure
- IT equipment rental and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- IT staffing and resource deployment
Services are provided to businesses and organisations across India. We do not sell directly to end consumers (B2C).
3. Quotations and Orders
All quotations issued by Gizmo Trendz are valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to product availability and any changes in manufacturer pricing or import duties.
An order is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of a signed Purchase Order (PO) or written acceptance, followed by a corresponding advance payment where applicable.
4. Pricing and GST
All prices quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST will be applied at the prevailing rate as mandated by the Government of India. Our GST registration number is 07CWBPR6483H1Z3.
5. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are as follows unless separately agreed in writing:
- Hardware supply: 50% advance on order confirmation; balance before dispatch
- AMC / Rental contracts: Monthly or quarterly billing in advance as per agreement
- IT Staffing: Monthly billing in arrears as per agreed rate card
- Consulting / project services: Milestone-based payment as per contract
Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month from the due date, in addition to any recovery costs.
6. Delivery and Dispatch
Delivery timelines provided at the time of quotation are estimates based on product availability and logistics. Gizmo Trendz shall not be liable for delays caused by manufacturers, logistics partners, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 7. Warranties and Returns
All hardware products supplied by Gizmo Trendz carry the manufacturer's standard warranty applicable in India. Service-related warranties are governed by the respective AMC or service agreement. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for detailed return procedures.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is the property of Gizmo Trendz or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gizmo Trendz shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services
- Loss of business, revenue, data, or profits
- Any damages arising from third-party hardware or software failures
Our total aggregate liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the specific order or contract in question.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a business engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any contract or service agreement.
11. Force Majeure
Gizmo Trendz shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
13. Amendments
Gizmo Trendz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
