Delivery Zones & Timelines
Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM on a working day are typically delivered the same day or next business day. For large orders (bulk hardware, racks, servers), 1–2 additional days may be required for packing and logistics coordination.
All Other Cities & States
Delivery to all other locations across India typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination city, carrier transit times, and product availability. Remote or Tier-3 locations may require additional transit time.
How We Ship
We use trusted logistics partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and our own vehicles for Delhi NCR deliveries. For high-value equipment (servers, networking gear), we use insured courier services with door-to-door tracking.
Products are carefully packaged to prevent transit damage. Large equipment may be dispatched on pallets or in reinforced cartons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, dimensions, destination, and logistics partner rates at the time of dispatch. Shipping costs are communicated in the quotation before order confirmation. Free delivery within Delhi NCR may be applicable on orders above a threshold — this will be indicated in your quotation.
Order Processing Times
After order confirmation and receipt of advance payment:
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Configure-to-order / assembled systems: 3–5 business days before dispatch
- Import or special-order items: 7–21 business days depending on availability — timeline confirmed at quotation stage
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. For any dispatch or delivery queries, email us at info@gizmotrendz.co.in with your order/invoice number.
Receipt and Inspection
Please inspect all deliveries at the time of receipt. If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Report any damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or insurance claim. We cannot process claims for damage reported after this period.
Partial Shipments
For large orders, we may dispatch items in multiple shipments if certain products are arriving at different times. You will be notified of this in advance and each shipment will carry its own tracking information.
International Shipping
We currently serve customers within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Installation & On-Site Delivery
For customers in Delhi NCR, we offer on-site delivery with optional installation services for an additional fee. This includes physical delivery, unboxing, and basic setup of hardware at your premises. Please mention this requirement when requesting a quotation.
